It's highly recommended to the webmail service (webmail.yourdomain.com) that comes with your package to access your email services. The support we provide related to the third party email clients is limited.
In order to configure an email client like Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird, etc., you have to access your Plesk control panel;
- Navigate to Websites & Domains > yourdomain.com > switch to "Mail" tab > Mail Accounts
- Click on the information button on the right side of the mail account ("i" icon)
- Select the platform to set up the email client
