I have not received my account Account Information email

If you have not received your Welcome email, please ensure that you have no Spam filters in place that could possibly mark our emails as junk.

You can also login to the client area via https://secure.provider.lk/ and click "Hello, YOURNAME" in the top of the right side, then click on "Email History" to check all the emails which have been sent by our system to your email.

We can resend the email if it cannot be found in your "Email History", please open a technical support ticket.
