Once you have purchased the Basic Email Hosting Service from Provider.lk, you need to take the following steps to start using it;
NOTE: These changes are done by us if the nameservers of your domain name are pointing to our servers. If not, you have to get this done from your hosting provider.
Please access the DNS management panel of your domain name, and you have to remove any existing MX record before adding the following entries.

In order to use SMTP/POP3/IMAP services, you have to create the following CNAME entry as well;

| CNAME | mail.yourdomain.com | mailcloud.pvtwebs.com |
| CNAME | webmail.yourdomain.com | mailcloud.pvtwebs.com |
Please make sure "yourdomain.com" is replaced with the exact domain name that you are using with this hosted email solution.
