In order to setup your domain name for eEnterprise or eProductivity Email Hosting, the first step is to verify your domain ownership, which is a self-service process. Please follow the steps below:
- Log in to https://secure.provider.lk, and open the related email hosting service
- Click on the “DNS Records” tab located under the domain information section
- You will see the DNS records that need to be configured.
- Log in to your DNS management panel of your domain name, and add the given records accordingly.
- Once you have added the records, please allow some time for the DNS propagation.
- Once done, you will see the management options in client area to create/manage your mailboxes.
Once the DNS records are correctly updated and fully propagated, you can use the following URL to login;
- https://mail.yourdomain.com/interface/root
- Management user: postmaster@yourdomain.com
"yourdomain.com" should be replaced with your actual domain name. Password is sent to you via an email.
After logging in, you can click "More" from the top navigation, then click "Domain Settings" to create new email users.
