Provider.lk takes a zero tolerance approach to the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM through our network and services.
- Provider.lk servers may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of spam, flames, or mail bombs.
- Your domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above. SPAM /illegal content advertising sites on other servers which in turn contain links to a domain on our servers is prohibited.
- We consider spam any mass unsolicited message in the mediums of Newsgroups and Email.
- Provider.lk may impose a fee of Rs.1500 to Rs.3500 for each spam policy violation as per our terms: https://www.provider.lk/tos/
Corrective Measures
- Please make sure all your scripts/themes/plugins are updated on time (More info).
- If you are using an online contact form, please use SMTP authentication and also it's mandatory to use captcha verification to prevent spamming.
